wifi doesn't work, no cleaning of room we only have to tell them, and is not worth the amount paid. room is not spacious enough to accommodate extra bed for extra person

1. Flush water not working in toilet- Major2. Pillows very dirty, even though using cover, Pillows very dirty, change Pillows periodically or wash the Pillows if dirty3. Food and Liquor served in same restaurant 4. Restaurant not having varieties 5. Lift in danger, some buttons not working

I booked this hotel at almost four times the normal rate due to the year-end rush. Despite the higher cost, the service fell far below expectations. The room was not clean, and the bed was visibly dirty, with no sign of proper cleaning.Unfortunately, I regret booking and will consider alternative options in the future. Dirty bed spreads, mosquitoes.. had to request for chance of rooms as the room originally allocated was very odd shaped and looked as if we were staying at the balcony

The room is not worth the amount being paid for it. The room is really dirty, bathroom is also not clean. There was a cockroach in the room and there is dirt all around. people are outside nearby and there is a lot of noise all around. I really need a separate hotel or a refund for my booking.
