Expected more from the room facilities and cleanliness. Charging almost premier hotel rate. My suggestion 1 or 2 km away from railway station is better.
not met expectations. saw cockroachs in room. AC too noisy. Blankets seems dirty and towel turned pale with repeated usage.

Room size is big compare to others hotel but bed is so dirty they give single size blanket if you go as couple you can't adjust.
service is so slow if you order tea also it will take an hour to get so please don't stay

pros - hotel was good, staff behavior was good, room was neat and clean, sanitized..
cons - ac remote not working, food came 2 hrs late after ordering & repeated phone calls to restaurant

Staff are not welcoming in nature, questioned multiple times about room no. whenever I came out and came in to hotel. Receptionist was asked to do just small one printout and she denied evasively. And moreover she told a lie that shop is in nearby.

You have to pay money for water, when you need water then you will have to give money, I have given water in the room, it is not for that, you need money at that time you will have to pay for the water
