the experience was good.
the hotel checks out every point. the only reason for a 3 star rating is that their ac unit was very slow and inefficient

Wonderful Stay & Heartwarming Hospitality!
My family and I stayed hear last night and had a truly excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

they always try to earn extra money from the customers. there was a customer who accidentally broke a glass in the room and they charge around 200 for a glass. a single glass of 200 is not justifies at all. in my case there were some marks of rose petal on bed sheet and they ask for a settlement amount of 800 for the same. a 10rs ariel or surfexel can clean it but they try to earn momey from their own customer. pathetic staff.

It was excellent experience, the behaviour of staff was friendly and professional. Washrooms were clean and hygienic. I have only one suggestion, it would be good to add some ventilation and maybe a fan. I loved the stay.. looking forward to stay here again.

hotel was good, clean and pleasant. breakfast was very good and staf f was well mannered and calm behaviour Room was good, only one feedback to correct the room photos so we can get correct expectation while booking, there is bath tub in bathroom in deluxe category but there was no bath tub in the bathroom, bathroom was very small. except this everything was very good.
