Too bad experience. First of all I will start with the distance that's almost 35 KILOMETRES away from the ALMORA. That doesn't make any sense. In a hilly area, it's time taking. They are just making a fool by showing there Hotel on the top of the list. it's all about promotion to show on the top. I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL WHO WANTS TO STAY IN ALMORA.

rooms are okayish with old furniture and bed mattress doesn't offer any support, resort is tidy. clubhouse and restaurant has got good ambiance, staff is courteous and well behaved. last 2.5 km approach road is in bad shape, sedans probably climb that.

it's a super amazing place for the people looking for off beat location. taking break from your digital gadgets since the connectivity is quite poor and wifi of the hotel is also down due to weather conditions ( which is good in a way). the last mile to reach the hotel is quite rough and it's better you reach in sunlight ( not later than 6 PM). comfort wise the hotel is good the construction is quite young and the staff is courteous. overall it was a memorable experience and I am already thinking of going back for longer stay this time. mesmerizing location
