Service wasn't fast. Hot water wasn't available throughout the whole day they made it in the next morning only & in one room, room heater wasn't working at all but they didn't took any measures regarding that. They took one hour to prepare the food which I ordered in the dinner. But overall rooms were neat and clean and staffs were very supportive.

snow covered mountain view from room, properly heated room with hot water facility. veg food was fine, can improve on breakfast menu though. overall a pleasant stay for a night.

View from the Hotel is very Good. Small rooms only couples can stay but centrally heated and Neat. Wash room is good and Clean. Only problem is LOCALS we cannot bring our OWN VEHICLE only drop and pickup facility available to this area, rest depends on locals. Say No to BOOTS not necessary for Horse ride ( 1000-1500 in winter) if we have good shoes.

location is far from main Market area. Limited breakfast menu Service was good but fooding is okay type. overpriced hotel. can get better hotel in this price.

Location: The property is technically outside Pahalgam, wnroute to Betaab valley/Chintanwadi. Accessed by a narrow road with small inadequate parking....really cumbersome if you are driving your own vehicle. Cleanliness: Rooms and bathrooms were clean and we'll maintained. Service: Responsive and cooperative. Food: Had booked for package with breakfast and dinner. Food was buffet and decent. Room: Rooms were decent but close to each other with very thin walls....if you had noisy neighbors... ...more

Location was good near to lidder river. It is about 1.5 km away from pahalgam market. Stay was good and staff cooperative. Breakfast was limited to variety. Though this was same in whole Kashmir hotels.
