The room is not clean also the mattress and bathroom bucket. I took a standard room but it was very small, there was no lift facility.

Good Manager and given immediate support for any issues. AC is really good Rooms are not maintained as new and it was not painted for a long time, looks older and rooms are very small

Had a good time at the stay. The host was really helpful but accomodation was average. Rooms were compact but clean and the caretakers were cooperative.

Nice and Clean Hotel . Accommodating and helpful Stay . Not much amenities at the room, Should work on providing basic necessities like toiletries, towels, Water Jug / cup / tea coffee etc. we stayed at the Family room and it was spacious enough .

Hotel ambience is superb and rooms are clean. Road that goes to hotel is bit narrow but 1 car at a time can go easily. They have provided parking area which is just few meters away from Hotel. Rooms are bit small but have good ventilation. Also they have provided amenities like drinking water, soap, shampoo, towel and hot water. They also have a place to have food which based on your interest you have to pre order. Overall stay is comfortable.

it was a good experience at bon stay in. it was located in residential area and was near the pondicherry bus stand. the a/c , internet and tv facilities were good at the hotel.
