✅pros:
1. sea facing
2. two chairs and a table allotted for balcony of each room
3. security guard at night
4. cleanliness
❌cons:
1. rooms are made of wooden plates which are broken/ loosened many where inside the room
2. geyser switch board is at least 8 ft high from the floor, so quite difficult to for shorter people to switch it on
3. the main door of the room has totally transparent glasses, so no privacy inside the room until you switch off all lights in the room and use the ...more

It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel The hotel owner was very good We went with friends and the hotel had a very clean room The hotel owner was very co-operative

No parking, we paid 1500 bucks merely for parking and no support from property owner.
With regards to cottages and amenities provided was sub standard and not as per expectations.
avoid completely if you are planning to get this property at Pelolim beach..not worthy

very worst place to live in will not recommend this hotel to anyone. All the staff are not corporative all are chasing for money. Don't chose this hotel it is very much costly and room are also not clean having small bedbug insects.
Towel are also not clean.

It's located opposite to the beach and that's makes it just a walk outside the room away from the beach. when we arrived the bedsheets were dirty and when we asked for a change of sheets they promptly changed. Although the door mats they provided would have been nice as after a walk on the beach going back to the room will dirty the room because of the sand. But the response of the staff isn't much prompt when it comes to Indians as when we asked for hot water we were told it's 24/7 but after co ...more
