I stayed with my family in the 3rd week of Dec'24 with my falily when the temperature is - 7 degree centigrade . The centralised heater was on only on request and the heater was off around 09:30 pm and never on for the rest of the night. It was a really bad experienced with the kind of chilled night. Hope these don't happen with other customers.

Brown palace is an underrated hotel. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, location is great, resort ambience is great. Entire hotel management are so caring and friendly... Food was also simple and great... This is perfect for a family who are looking moderately priced but with slight premimness

We have booked a premium room and room was great with a super hill view.
I like breakfast(Aloo paratha) too very much.
Only con is, it is little inside(2km) from main road.

Home away from home.
This place is incredible in every aspect. Such homely feeling in Brown Palace and family type behaviour especially by Mr. Armaan. We had nice home-cooked food and all the amenities in rooms were good. The place has such a nice location. Such a pleasant atmosphere there made us go merry go round. Will visit again. Thanks
Perfect spot for family. Nice farm view from room. Proper cleanliness. Not so spicy food.

Review:Hotel was clean and cozy but the location is orthodox with no facilities of heating.No water heating to drink.. no bed heating and no room heater.Infrastructure need to review as it’s not at all a 3 star property
