the location of this place is very good but it's not maintained well, the bathroom was in a very bad state the toilet seat was broken, the shower head was in filthy condition, the geyser is very small no proper hot water, the cupboard had no rod or any hangers and the cupboard was very dirty and to top it all up there was no current for about 5 hours upon asking the stuff I got an answer saying diesel is over of the generator it took them about 5 hours to fix it. very bad experience.

It was extremely poor place to stay... Poor service, extremely bad hygiene, no one to listen the problems.
We just pass our night any how... only mosquitoes and bad odour.
No support from the hotel staff.

There was so much dirty air coming into the room that it was not fit to live in.
All the dirty bed sheets were placed on the beds

Disappointing stay due to plastic wrap covering the property (because of rain), smelly rooms, and lack of advertised amenities like TV and WiFi. Might be better in summer, but needs improvement.

The villa is good....but the bed and mattress are smelling...
There are some lights not working in the room
Staff are polite and good
It is raining outside and the resort is covered...so couldn't take much photos ....I shared few photos which are inside

Villa is good.. neat and clean. But first they provided un cleaned room with bead sheet.. Flush not working and mirror lamp not working. Then next day they change the room to me.. Same they give torn bed sheet..1km to Palolem Beach and near by restaurants also . Mostly restaurant closed by 11.30 pm.. cananom railway station near by..room service is available....
Stay was nice nearby beach and restaurants also .
