I stayed there on 20th to 22nd July, it was a memorable experience with Budha Haritage, staff was very good they take care of us very well, I would like to mention one name Guddu, he was very good in service. Nice property, recommendable,

Hotel Rooms Interior is very good, However they should improve service, restaurant and its food quality. Morning Breakfast and number of personal in restaurant should need a serious supervision. Morning breakfast is below the expectations . This hotel need good Manager who can improve the quality of services . Hotel has great location, space and immense potential to surpass any 5 star hotel in Bodhgaya. There Should be shaded interconnectivity from Hotel building to Restaurant.

It was one of the worst stays I ever had. They used previously used bed linen. Upon asking changed to new set and they were sticking with bleach and chlorine. The bathroom was very dirty and water doesn’t come from the shower. Had to use a basket filled water to have shower.

Room was good. Food in the restaurant is priced exorbitantly high.
Asked for an extra pillow because we were 2 adults and my kid staying, but never received it even after asking for 4 times.
Although I booked for 2 days, the hotel called me and asked me when I would check out after 1 night stay, which was hilarious.

Hotel location and architectur is good, but from gate keeper to room service to car driver everyone ask you money for no reason, it seems like you own them something. Feeling like they are serving you for extra money not because of their duty. Pathetic experience.

kisi chij ka management nahi hai inka.
jan aap koi v room lete ho usme at least sabhi kaam ki chij rehti hai inka to sab dabba dol tha mere taraf se minus marking ka option rehta to wahi de deta

forcely the hotel you understand the room does not have an intercom. Shampoo dispenser is filled with garbage. beds have dead mosquitoes and used linens.
there was nothing that I could have liked about the hotel. We have been placed in an isolated Villa with nobody on the front desk, the place is a huge risk for the family.

it was nice stay at budha heritage.
some professionalism should be developed among staffs.
anyways great experience
all the main landmarks is nearby, transportation is easily accessible.
