The staff is not supportive, Ac not working properly after many complaints also no one bothered.
For food no hotels nearby.
And elderly people avoid booking in this hotel as there is no lift facility.
i faced the same problem as we have given rooms on the second floor and my mother found it very difficult to climb the stairs.
