room was not good, breakfast also not good, I am really not happy. waist of money. booking amount also not refundable if you faced any problems.

very nice 1BHK apartment, with complete kitchen utensils for induction, only 500m to calungate, in a society called Colonia De Braganza Apartments.
Its not a Hotel so dont expect hotel like cleanliness and services. Only breakfast provided was a 1/4 slice of omlette in a bread which i didnt like much. Caretaker akash is very helpful. I enjoyed alot as I wanted a flat not hotel for my 2 weeks stay

It is a very nice place in budget. If you are going to Goa with your friends then this place can be an yes because it's near to calungate and baga beaches and it is near to flea markets and it's in between residential area. it's a quite happening place wher you can booze chilll and relax

Nice place , value for money ,,, a.c , fridge , water filter , electric gas , water geaser all are working properly...overall awesome for stay ,, family and friends
