we have booked two apartments but due to their system issue we got one apartment only
that time another booking not possible to us, we adjusted with one apartment with aggred late check out
but lot of issues we faced
1 both toilet not working—- repaired next day
2 wash basis chocked up due to smell and unpleasant atmosphere
3 tv remot not working - repaired late
4 gas not available - arranged late
5 utensilles not available - arranged late
6 cleaning not proper
7 harsh language and arguments for check out from caretaker

The Worst service..!! Ruthless staff.. they dont deserve to be in hospitality industry. Should be banned. I booked this property and informed the property about my late checkin as i was supposed to checkin late. The said they llKeep the keys at the gate. When i reached the property for checkin the staff says " mera shift khatam hogaya hai aur mujhe pata nahi aap checkin kaise karoge" and denies to checkin. It was a nice experience to stay at Calvins Retreat as it was neat and clean and well maintained with basic amenities like gas, fridge, AC, washing machine, iron and TV. The swimming pool is also very nice and clean.
