experience was very bad at cama rajputana hotel mount abu. wifi was not proper. main door of the room was not able to lock from inside the room. room service staff was very bad and misbehaving intercom was not working

It was a very pleasant stay. One of the best places in Mount Abu. The rooms where spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities were great and so was the food.

The experience at Rajputana was bad. First of all the behaviour of staff was not at all polite. Food was pathetic(I order chilly panner and the taste was yukk so we returned and told them to not include in bill but while checkout they put in the bill). The bathroom kit was awful(including body lotion, shampoo, body wash, soap). Towels were so old. AC was sometimes working and sometime not. Fan Regulator was not working.
