Quiet okay, average stay
Rooms are too small, but over all a budget stay....
since mostly commuters in Goa stays out only, we need room just to sleep..
with that view it was okay..
but AC was not working, I think some setting they have done it will remain constant at 16 and 26 degree Celsius also

The location of the resort is quite convenient. It is accessible by the road and is right on the beach. The rooms are basic and have the basic necessities. The bed was clean, and the attached bathroom too. There was a moment when the taps ran dry, but a call to the owners fixed that (the tank was refilled).
Unfortunately the huts opposite mine were occupied by very loud North Indian tourists that kept singing and blaring their Bluetooth speakers all through the night which affected my sleep. I ...more

Cons: First of all, this is not a hotel.
This a beach cottage where there's no basic facilities given apart from Gyser, AC & Fan in the Room. We travelled as a family with 2 kids where there was 2yr kid was really suffered due to lack of Kettle in the room, Anything needed for a kid was a biggest nightmare. No Phone, No TV, No Kettle, No Comlimentary Water bottle. They only happy serving Foreigners for TIP. If you're planning to give with kids under 5: Just Avoid. Pros: Food quality was excellent, it's a beach property.
Not Kids Friendly at all.

the hotel was very bad not hygiene they take extra 6 hundred from us washroom was to dirty because of that's room our one day waste we already paid charges but they take again ..and not proving that mujh facilities very very bad experience we faced here

actually the hotel is little but inside from the road you have to work little bit then I will reach to the hotel the hotel is connected with the beach the hotel is divided into three parts first is connected to the beach second comes in the middle and the last one which will be the entrance the rooms are shaped in huts and the very good experience you will feel fresh

Good stay on the beach. Sea facing huts are limited (4) but on the inside there are well maintained huts. Food is good and well behaving staff.
