Dirty smelly stinky rooms, don't go. Strict no for couple and family. Cleanliness is zero. Everything is so dirty.

The mattresses, bedsheets & pillows were very low-grade quality. i booked one room for 4 people and they provided extra mattresses. which were horrible. please do not stay here. i'm totally disappointed. i think i've wasted my money.& the assistant not responded whenever we call him.

Poor hygine.. no promises kept.
Bedsheet had cat hair on it and was smelling weird.
No room service
Only good thing is walking distance from candolim beach

Value for money!I was there for 4days, 1st day the room wasnt as expected (sewage issue, missing aquagaurd, broken comode). Goibibo assisted and provided drinking water for that day and then arranged to shift me to a better room the next day with a poolside view!They can still arrange to provide better blankets! But still manageable!Overall one of the best experience due to its price.

after booking apartment, guys communicated with whatsapp regards arrival and stay. ok for families. nice atmosphere and kids can enjoy at pool with daily clean room and pool.

It was good for stay with friends. Parking is first come first serve basis. Beach is near from hotel, mall, restaurants etc are in walkable distance.
