Worst Experience. Third class service & totally non cooperative staff. They refused to give us our complimentary breakfast. Rooms are too small & can't accommodate 3 persons.

A fake advertisement about the swimming pool, Spa & other many facilities which don't exist & the hotel has provided all wrong information.No water in the room, No Towel was given, No key for locking the door & Go out, Very bad hotel, very bad smell in room & entire hotel.No one would stay even at the hotel offers free stay.Very bad location, No hot water, No manager was available, Despite paying money, the hotel person was demanding money.

we stayed here for 6 nights our experience was horrible , bed sheets were not clean , the passage was very dirty , they had cleaned our rooms only twice in 6 days , we had to call them every time there was no water supply in the washroom , no towels , no soaps no water was given , we had booked for complementary breakfast on the first day and we just received 4 idlys and 4 vadas for 3 people which was completely insufficient and the quality wasn't to the mark .in spite of adjusting so much we ha ...more

Horrible experience, absolutely the worst ever experience I have had in my life.. the rooms were not clean.. the bathrooms were without toiletries.. there were spiders and mosquitoes.. absolutely pathetic
