i booked the suite but actually just a single room was alloted for me upon my arrival..and that too at extra payment of ₹ 600/- due to early check in & sur charges on booking by the hotel

They charged additional 600 rupees. and they are not letting us in also. kindly process a refund or register this complaint..

Was charged more after reaching at reception, strict timings (hotel get closes at 11pm) not able to order food at midnight because staffs were more concentrated in sleeping instead of opening the door to help us take our outside ordered food.....
Pathetic place.... were hotel and staff members are greedy enough and only brotherd about to get money from your pocket....
