they are asking extra money while chek in and the staff is very bad..rooms are not hygienic and washrooms is very bad. towels and bed sheets are smelly and dirty. they don’t provide ac rooms for online booking, if you want ac room they will ask extra money like 500 for that

1. hotel name is hotel r square not capital o ragas inns
2. breakfast is not providing
3. early checkin(10 am also) is not providing hotel staff even rooms are not occupied, they are preferring offline booking
4. in my room fan speed adjustment is not provided, no locks for main and bathroom door, no tv otherwise room is good need some improvements
5. parking available, wifi available, geyzer and ac are good working

The stay was v ery home-like. The rooms are very good and there is someone to attend on one call. This certainly makes everything worth it. So good feeling

i had an extremely disappointing experience for my recent room booking. the room was in a terrible condition—unclean, with a persistent bad smell, and no breakfast or room service provided. i’ve never encountered such poor conditions in my entire career. additionally, there was no name board outside the room, and the name on my booking did not match the name on the room. to top it off, the staff exhibited rude behavior. this experience was far below acceptable standards. i would not recommend this service to anyone.
