hotel samrat palace room is very bad hotel.all things r bad.railway platform is better than samrat hotel

Dust is everywhere, brocken mug is in bathroom. Dirty Wall, pillows are dirty, I think bed sheet not changing and not washing. You should visit once this room you can understand the situation.

room service very slow.without asking they are not giving a drink water.very slow water pressure in washroom.they are completely denied for booking amount and i have to pay extra 300 rs.

Good hotel cooperative staff and rooms was also nice . but Gizar was working . good for 1-2 nights.
