It was really horrible experience the staff and receptionist was so good and helpful.but room was really dirty there was so much dirt in the toilet.we paid money for all the facilities but TV was not working.after checking in they said sry it's network issue.they didn't provide the the bucket.there was no telephone in my room.no adjustable key was there to maintain fan speed.it was to fast.I got cold and fever at night. please don't book this hotel.for less of the money u can find the better opt ...more

It is better to stay in this hotel than to sleep on the road. There is no TV, no wifi, no water in this hotel and the staff also behaves rudely. The whole system of this hotel is useless except just to rob the customers and No work, no cleaning, no facilities and the included breakfast serves leftovers from dinner

The staff was cooperative but they even don't provide R.O. water only packed water bottles are available and the wifi is not working during my stay over there otherwise rooms are neat and clean

Worst experience! The staff over here is not at all cooperative and are very unprofessional. They do not know how to talk and behave with guests. The rooms are small and stinky and their room service is pathetic as there was a leakage in bathroom and the TV was not in working condition despite of calling them multiple times since afternoon they attended us at night. Also we took room for 3 so when later we asked for extra bedding they put mattress and just gave us the sheets saying put it yourse ...more

Worst hotel I have seen till now.1. They took the room keys of guest while guest is going out.2. While they have the keys they sent the hotel staff inside the room without permission.3. The hotel manager is behaving very rudely while complaining.4. They are telling their staff going inside the room for switching off the lights.5. They are telling they have the policies of submitting the keys while going out and hotel manager is telling this is not your home.
