my stay was very peaceful & pleasant…hotel location & staff is good…rooms are specious & neat…only problem is hotel looks little old & inside furniture & bathroom fittings are not properly maintained…other than this it’s a perfect place for all kind of persons…

The food is good but room wall was broken and not upto the mark. The room does not have proper lock system for the safety of an individual.

very very bad treatment, no intercom service,no ketel service,4 time distburense,no lunch service.
room 102 on 22.11.23.
I don't know it is why?
let it be ,future plz.check room facility before u alot.

worst experience.. worst place to stay.. The hotel is under renovation and in pathetic condition.. The rooms alloted were freshly painted and smells bad.. our baby had to be nebulized because of the carelessness of the hotel management. oh and please check your room cathegory.. I booked a suit for my family and to my surprise I was given a base cathegory room .. only after I enquired I was alloted a room .. pathetic

Very bad experience. No hot running water. No iron board. very less options for breakfast.
would suggest to avoid this property.
at after paying Rs. 4500 if you can't get hot running water then what to say.

there was smell in the rooms like chinese food cooking noticed in the night time . we complain about it .

One of the worst & in hygienic hotel. Dirty with poor housekeeping. Bathrooms leakages from plumbings. Burnt cigarettes seen in staircase. Dirty smell all over. Rs1000 is the maximum value of room per day. Any company shall not recommend this property.

Hotel staff was very cooperative and the premise was neat and also followed all covid protocols.
