worst hotel. 4 star rating to this hotel . it's not even 1 star. pls do not waste your money booking this hotel. you will get much better hotel then this at the price they charge.

Unexpectedly disappointing hotel. No parking. Have to park 2 km away. Intercom not working. Frequent blackouts due to power cuts. Drinking water is chargeable & complimentary bottles with room package not included. RO water served in dirty jugs. Steep stairs & family room on the 5th floor. One will get breathless to reach the room. Suffocating rooms, no place to move your legs. Wardrobes are so small that a small bag does not fit. Old style hotel & completely un-maintained. we stayed in this hotel for 3 days and it was amazing the staff was really professional and friendly. this hotel is located on a mall road and has a great view of Naini Lake. our overall expression was amazing
