well, the room at the time of booking for 3 guests was different to the one handed to us on our landing. we upgraded for a surcharge of rs.1000. the new room had a faulty shower. it was tough for senior citizens in the group were the floor bath bucket forces back breaking to shower on the wet floors. to reduce the stress we asked for a plastic seat. this was thankfully brought for use, with advise to clean it before return. and no cleaning supply provided. do not plan on an extra bed. you will ...more

3rd class hotel and staff was behaving like rowdisum, reception staff was showing fully attitude they are not receiving call and not providing 1 extra glass they are asking extra money for that i am fully unhappy with this hotel and staff also last night was verry bed experience ever

The hotel is not a 3-star as it claims to be.
The beds are not comfortable and there is nothing in the room. other than the bed.
TV is for name sake with the Tatasky connections expired.
AC temp is nonadjustable.
Water is not provided you have to ask for it at the reception.
Washroom the shower leaked and it was almost an electric shock hazard. so had to use the tap instead of a shower.
Is just a basic hotel, go there if ur a bachelor and just for a day or so. The receptionist is always on the personal phone and hardly has any interest in helping u

The room was old but location wise it was good and amenities are lacking but if you don't have any other place to go at location you can go for it.

It's a purely budget hotel. So keep your expectations low as everything seems to be budgeted. Right from AC, towels, water etc. If you are early riser and lover of coffee/tea, u will be disappointed, as room service starts from 7.30 am onwards. The reception staff is polite and attentive to your needs. Quality of food served in the restaurant is not that great and variety too is limited. However, you may find the South Indian breakfast enticing.

i don't have pictures but we encountered 3-5 cockroaches in the room. the fan did not work properly at all. no switch to turn off the lights.
