I stayed here recently and was very disappointed with the swimming pool experience. The pool was not clean — there were bugs floating in it. I informed the staff at 8:45 pm (pool closes at 10 pm), but they just brushed it off saying they clean it in the morning. No action was taken, and my request was ignored. If you’re booking this property mainly for the pool, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Stay is pleasant and peaceful

Excellent location, friendly staff, food and maintenance can be better. Had some issues with maintenance amenities but were handled quickly and resolved. Amenities in room were good and useful. Good value for money, but being a chain with presence elsewhere in the state, loyalty bonus and benefits would be good, especially for regular or long stays. Special thanks to Kavya, Jyothi, Ramesh and Suresh and the other staff!

Firstly, the view was excellent, the room amenities also were pretty good for the price. However, the real reason I have given a five star rating was the staff. Especially Kavya, Jyothi, Suresh and Ramesh - they were all very warm, welcoming and kind! From a hospitality point of view, that makes much more difference than the amenities and comfort alone.
