we booked casa comforts for one night stay...it's a horrible experience....whole night rats were running in the room we couldn't sleep peacefully....the resort photos in the goibibo and google doesn't match the existing resort at all...breakfast was burnt bread served....i really give zero rating for this resort

I didn't even check-in at hotel looking at the condition and bad Ambience at the hotel.. no security, no restaurant, no female staff..and the hotelier asked me to leave without any refund

This is the worst property ever... Apart from location there is nothing good and this! Pls don't go by pics of this property.. It is super dirty and unhygienic... I will fight for the refund... Very very poor maintenance

Worst hotel experience. Hotel quoted that it is beach front but it is under renovation at that time. Worst thing is that rooms didn't match the photos. There is no beach view and we have to immediately vacate from hotel. We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel and it is non refundable we had to loose (anyone can get 4 star hotel in that range). Think 10 times before booking this hotel. In the whole goa if you don't have any resort or hotel to stay also you dont choose this hotel because it is in such pathetic situation
