i could not travel due to emergency situation and raised request prior to checkin date, now no trace of that request and no resolution and trip marked as completed. pathetic,

it was a gud experience . near to serenity beach . swimming pool was a additional advantage and it was well maintained and clean . as a family we all got in one big room as we required single to for 4 . swimming pool was gud for us and it was on main road

Rooms were very small and definitely not value for money. The pool factor is just a show off as the pool was extremely dirty.

The Hotel is clean,comfortable and convenient. Very well maintained room. Really felt homely experience. I would like to stay here again . Located in a Peaceful Atmosphere.... Overall It was a Pleasant stay... safe and secured

Worst Ever experience with hotel stay.No manager available in the hotel. A lady who doesn't know anything claims to be manager. Nobody asked for any sort of proof. So anyone can claim booking. No room service. No toiletries given. Asked for towel and got a reply that "we don't provide towel". Never go for with breakfast option if you book this hotel in case of emergency also. The breakfast they provide is worth RS. 30-40, but if you book with breakfast option they are charging approx 300 RS extr ...more
