The picture has the luxurious property of this hotel which is opposite to our stay which is belongs to the same hotelier.
The first impressions was bad as we say small pool, hotel just 5ft to the market road, to go beach have to take some shortcut via inside the village street.
While booking we were so happy to see the big property but it is not. Room balcony is just 2.5 ft wide, compact covered with two chairs and one table. Shower have to take inside the bathtub only, no extra space. these ...more

well maintained, thou old property, electrical switches are also of old style difficult to operate.
drinking water provided is only 2 bottles of 500 ml. seems hotels are cutting corners for the most basic things like water. bed is also not very comfortable as it makes some sound.

I stayed for 3 days and then extended 1 more day.
Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms. You can get scooty from the shop near the hotel. Breakfast and food in their own restaurant is also good.

It was an excellent experience to stay at this property. I booked a suite which comprises with a bed room, a living room, a balcony in front of swimming pool and a wash room with bathtub. The behaviour of front desk workers and others are very polite and cordial. Breakfast was also good. Restaurant provided food inside your room. I highly recommend this hotel to stay near Calangute Beach. I also booked a car for dropping at airport from this property with reasonable price.
