Worst experience because I booked a room with a King size bed, which they're showing on GoiBibo, but I was allocated a room with two separate beds and when I request them to provide me room that I booked then they replied everything is sold out.. if everything is sold out they how they can sell my booked room. Highly NOT Recommended.

reception is huge with good staff and inhouse restaurant!!

The first room we were given - The tv wasn't working. The towel was stained. There was a strong eye burning sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower. The shower area is only half covered, so the water will wet the entire bathroom. The glass and cup in the room weren't cleaned properly. There was zero natural light as there was a wall where the window was.
We requested a room change because of the above.
Took 2hrs of waiting but they were able to find another room and get it ready. The ...more
