Our stay was good. Good location, accessible to everywhere but little noisy street at night. Hotel staff were good. Room is small (compact room) but nice.

Perfect stay for a short trip. Casa Mel has all the amenities, room was also very clean. Staff was very courteous. Would recommend if you are in Pondicherry. Room was clean and staff was courteous.

Clean room with all essential amenities in the heart of the city. Friendly and helpful staff who assisted with local transport too😊👍 Downside is a bit noisy in night time

Had a nice stay experience at CASA MEL. Staff is very polite , located in the heart of Heritage Town, everything is within the 1km area. The room is clean and well maintained. In pondicherry my go to hotel is Casa Mel. As a couple you will not feel even a little bit of safety concern even when a female is all alone there. Raj made sure that there is not even a bit of inconvenience that you have to face.

the hotel is on prime location just walking distance to promenade beach , French colony and aurobindo ashram, Market is just near by , hotels and cafes are located nearby. balcony view is so good, hotel is so neat and clean a gr8 fragrance in there rooms. manager and host Ishwar both are superb they greeted as so kindly. just wonderful stay with casa mel. I will be definitely suggesting this for yours stay guys.thankyou

Room: It is a decent-sized, well-maintained room, with all the necessary furnishings; the cleanliness was up to the mark as well. Location: Perfect location with all the popular cafes within 800-900 metres. Staff: Special mention to the HouseKeeping in-charge Eswar, he is a really great guy, helped us with Scooty renting, and other requirements. Suggestion: The wifi kept on disconnecting, which they tried to rectify upon our request.

Clean n tidy hotel rooms with good location and budget friendly hotel The hotel manager, the owner and the house keeper all are very helpful and polite Though its in main city area of city, its peaceful der, no any nuissance mel whisks, their bar and restaurant: they can deliver the food to the hotel and food is delicious, must try Recommended
