If you are on a budget trip, go for it. It's a guest house, so don't expect service like hotel. No tv in room. AC is working fine. Location is beautiful. Nearby to beach.

The stay at the Casa is incredibly convenient, located just a two-minute walk from Miramar Beach. The beach is often empty, providing a sense of privacy. Additionally, delivery services such as Blinkit and Instamart are available, with food deliveries arriving within eight minutes. The staff is exceptionally accommodating, particularly the owner, Kevin. Guests consistently receive excellent value for their money, and the spacious rooms provide ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.

Room is as shown and is located at different place than showed in the map, Very understanding and helpful staff, clean and neat room with water and AC facility, suitable for families as well.
locality is better to access all parts of Goa
