the castle rock hotel is in beautiful location the food, service are awesome staff behavior is very kind....this hotel will be the best for my stay on my next trip to abu..

The food was good, service was good, hot water issue but manager arranged hot water, campfire was little costly.

It was a very bad experience. The furniture in the room is a bit old, the furniture in the house is better. The bed sheet was very dirty. The hot water facility in the bathroom was irregular. The behavior of the hotel staff was like we had come there for free. No one was present for service, you have to go and call everyone from the front. I have seen a resort that does not serve curd with aloo paratha, if you want curd, then you have to pay extra for it. There were such arbitrary rules. There i ...more

Parking area not good, bon fire chargeable, cupboard and almirah not available rest view was good but need more maintenance in the property.

The hotel is very good because of its location and good quality of rooms.
One more thing the tea of the hotel is amazing but the food quality which we have tasted is moderate so itโs up to you guys if you want to take.

deluxe ac room Nice place to stay.... Good view... Peace full place lit far from market and nice staff behaviour food Average.... Some rooms have damages things like door lock and washing
