we had booked our stay here for 2 nights, 1 night with a jacuzzi suite and the other was a 2 bedroom suite. both were amazing and the rooms and amenities were superb. the staff prakash and jack were really helpful and were always eager to serve with a smile. would most definitely choose this stay again the next time we plan a visit to ooty.

dirty room and low quality interior but very poor and bad experience very bad experience in this property, the owner is very bad behavior the man, no board in this property

the most glaring issues were the lack of essential amenities. without wifi, i was unable to stay connected, and the absence of drinking water and toiletries forced me to purchase these items outside the hotel. while the accommodations were clean, the overall experience felt quite basic.

We’d definitely recommend it. We stayed here for our first anniversary. We did not have any issues at all. We took the Jacuzzi suit. The place is neat, the staff is very friendly and cool, especially Satish. They even arranged our trip to Coonor which unlike we thought was cheaper than the one we got from others. And, yes, definitely check out coonor, it is much better than ooty!

I booked a honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was in a separate room from the living area, and the size of the room was huge. It was a great experience, especially if you are a couple looking to spend some quality time together. The staff was polite and cooperative. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. In the morning, I asked for tea, but because it was raining, the shop outside was not open, and they were unable to make it. I think the rain was the reason for this. I personally advise booking this place if you are planning to visit Ooty.

Very good stay, 24 hours hot water snd wifi, tv, balcony, east to travel to all destination spots. Recommend to stay Private and ambience

The stay was very good and the host (Mubarak) was very hospitable and cheerful to talk with. The rooms are neat and clean and housekeeping is available 24/7. The rooms are maintained well and good parking too.
