Rooms were dirty, found bugs in the room. Seems very old property.
Didn't get hot water 2 out of 3 days.
Very unfriendly behaviour from staff.
not eligible for the money we paid.

Hopeless service, horrible rooms, no AC remote in the room. Took one hour to get matters sorted. Not worth the amount. Front desk manager completely inefficient

worst hotel for the price . tv was very small. room was not clean washroom was in bad state. breakfast was limited compared to price.
