My plan has changed stay one day only. please cancelled for further one day. please refund one day amount. I have already tried today 9 am to 11 am got massage contact hotel. I gave also inform to hotal manager agree. waiting refund.

1. Bathroom latch broken 2. Handle broken from inside 3. Foul smell in room 4. No complementary water bottle provided Staff doesnt have patience to listen to complaints. No lift , staff offering to move to even higher floor not considering that with elderly people with knee problem its difficult to manage. Wished to have rest but ended up following up and getting issues fixed. Disgusting experience.

Leakage of roof in washroom. Behaviour of staff is too bad. He is not ready to change room. no one is coming to solve problems.

WORST STAY I HAD EVER - hotel is in a very small lane,off the road,hard to locate - room too small, can't even walk around the bed freely. - no ventilation in the room - food very expensive - they charge half day extra, if you check out after 11.am.

Best location to stay in Varanasi, all major temples nearby, all ghats on a walking distance. Courteous hotel staff, really good service, clean rooms. They arranged parking as well for my vehicle. Overall good budget stay

Best hotel in Varanasi near by Ghat & River Ganga Service is good everything this very good Arvind ji best hotel Owner all employees well maintained Kashi Vishwanath Darshan Especially Hotel arrange Boat Ride in Ganga River Very Close to hotel 100 m Walk in Distance Assi Ghat . clean rooms, though hotel is located in a dirty small lane of Banaras. Food is toooo costly considering type & size of hotel & not recommended. reachability to temple & ghats are easy since its located almost mid way. overall good experience.

Great Place to stay in Varanasi.The location is very close to Assi Ghat and they have great service and food.The management was helpful with our stay For us he had seen the Ganga Aarti Boat rides and rides around city to Kashi Vishwanath Temples very well, and Mangala Aarti ticket for us.The staff and Owner are Very friendly and helpful.would stay again on future Visits. I also recommend the food in the hotel restaurant Really nice, They will arrange for airport Pickup and drop. This hotel to everyone who wants to stay in a luxurious manner in a Close Proximity to all the famous Places.
