Everything went good except allocation if room they showed us different pics and they gave us different which is a normal room, for that I paid /-. Where there is no space for extra bed.

Staff behavior was not good, services were not good. No complimentary services were provided. Dining facility was there.

The staff behavior is excellent and the services in the was also good. Absolutely no complaints and no issues with this stay. The location of the property is good and it's ambiance is also good.

The location was good. The food was good in taste. The staff was supportive. There was no restriction for going out and coming back. The Wi-Fi facility was not available. It was a secure place.

Without doubt one of the good hotels I stayed, upon arrival we we're warmly welcomed by the staff & manager Harish. The staff was extremely friendly,we had one great evening here.
Resort is surrounded by nice scenery,the scenery was so beautiful & it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet & peaceful environment.
This is not a 4/5 star hotel or so,but the atmosphere here is so speacial,the room's were spacious and maintained good and they serve good quality food on time and you can get a true sample of excellent hospitality.

pathetic service. I had been traveling so many times and stayed in many homestay. this is the worst. nobody responds to your queries. we asked for a tea as soon as we checked in we didn't get until we checked out. morning we asked for breakfast and they are like you didn't order prior. and nobody said that we have to order prior otherwise you will not get anything. dinner also we went and asked otherwise we wouldn't have got dinner as well. never go with family especially if you have kids with you.
