Good and comfortable stay. But nobody stays in the reception all the time and the receptionist did not pick up my calls when I called from the room. House keeping did not pick my calls I had to go to the reception for everything, wait there till the person showed up there and get the issues resolved. So room and general service should be improved

Rooms were very clean and good. Especially the linens provided were clean and milk white. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is little bit outskirts of the city. Only problem was food. Hotel's restaurant is closed. You have to either order food online or you have to ask the hotel people to bring food from outside. Room tariff can be considered accordingly.
