Room was not as per expectations and stay and we haven't stay there.leave the hotel within 15. minutes and told to manager for the cancellation of booking and process refund as room is not as per expectations

Comfortable Stay with Caring Staff
A great choice near the railway station. The hotel staff were very helpful, always making sure I was comfortable. My room was peaceful, and the food served was both tasty and hygienic.

Exceptional Staff and Delicious Food

I stayed here for a nights and was pleasantly surprised. Even though it's in a busy part of Delhi, my room was calm and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the food was genuinely delicious!

The hotel is in a prime spot near New Delhi Railway Station. The cleanliness of both room and bathroom was excellent. Staff was polite and supportive, especially during check-in. The room, though clean, was a bit too compact for two people. Also, the hallway lights were dim. Overall, a great pick for cleanliness, convenience, and customer

Rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was kind and helpful—one even helped me with directions. The hotel itself is calm inside despite being near a busy station. Downside: outside noise seeps in during the evening, and there’s no tea/coffee maker in the room. Still, excellent cleanliness and staff service make it worth booking.

The cleanliness here is truly impressive. Fresh linens, sanitized bathrooms, and a well-maintained room made for a comfortable stay. Staff was well-trained and very attentive. The hotel is close to New Delhi Railway Station, so getting around was easy. The only drawback was the surrounding area, which felt too busy and a little overwhelming. Also, no complimentary water provided. Overall, a good choice for short visits.
