in the aminities they offered swimming pool and tv with cable connection, but in actual they are under maintenance .we expected a swimming pool and tv for our chill and relaxation, but that didn't get.they didn't mentioned in site as well. that a little bit of inconvenience. but the staff behaviour was very friendly and the compliment ary breakfast was delious but it is not the buffet type.and there near by a bar ,i think this environment may not work well for families

Good:Staffs trying to be supportiveFood taste is good & OkRoom is comfortable , almost neatAc and fan are good.Near to Guruvayoor and Savakadu beachBad:No proper car park, it's under renovation, max only 6 - 7 cars can be parkedNo Buffet. Both BF n Dinner you need to order by items 30 mins beforeMorning Restaurant they open only at 8AM, earliest possible Food time is 8.45 AM!Extremely limited menu ( For Break fast only Dosa and Poori.. for dinner only Briyani, Naan and Fried rice)Room full of ve ...more

The rooms are worth the money spend. Neet and clean. Food was ok. Nice swimming pool. Had a comfortable stay. Staffs are well mannered. I happily recommend Chand v residency to others.

Good Ambience with all facilities , slightly out of town crowd, soft spoken front desk and very good hospitality.
