The hotel is a 3 star. The room was good, the food quality was good, and the breakfast had a good variety of food options. Not many amenities are available apart from the listed ones. Service needs improvement. during check in, the receptionist didn't offer water or any welcome drink nor did he greet us. the staff was busy talking with each other. The bell boy helped with room entry and water. the staff doesn't wish good morning or good evening. Bed mattresses are heavily used ones. during the c ...more

Very good budget hotel and highly recommend for families. Their inhouse resturant Pawan Sagar is much better than the overhyped restaurants in Jodhpur. They customize the dish as per customer's requirement.

Disgusting hospitality. Rude receptionist. Congested rooms. Negative vibes. Do not go on photos, the rooms are not good. Old and outdated.

Im booking room deluxe in one king size bed and another is twin bed in room we not get twin size bed and i pay extra for extra mattres its not good for another customernot good i pay at hotel for extra mattres

Average hotel experience. I arrived 6 hours early, but was still charged half the total amount despite the room being available. Housekeeping staff was good, but front desk staff was uncooperative. Requested tea bags and milk powder next day, but wasn't provided. Overall, hotel is decent but needs improvement in services.

Its an average place. They wasted my 1 hour even after saying that I have to leave in half and hour of checkin. I asked for early checkin and was ready to pay extra amount, they said all the rooms are booked. After 1 hour the guy said you have to pay for early check in.
