Hotel staff is good, but Hotel is below average. Room size is small. Bathroom is not good.

It’s a horrible stay very very old properties and the basic things like flush is not working in the both rooms, fully rusted taps it’s like a nightmare And this the second time I am facing this nightmare experience one is this Chandra inn in Varanasi and Golden Avenue in Trivandrum in the month of 19th April 24 Paying so much and staying in old lodge like properties I would like to give 0 rating for these 2 stays

They did not provided toiletries, no wifi, over priced food item even drinking water, staff behavior rude , no curtain on window, ac not working Do not book here go to any other , not safe for couple and family

It was a Nice stay, Nice hotel on a budget, and I reached the hotel 5 minutes to Banaras station, staff is very good. the food was amazing.

I will never advise anyone to stay in Hotel Chandra INN. DONT GO WITH PICTURES. Here are the reasons why you should not stay in Chandra Inn:- 1. After paying good amount also, we didn't get good service at all. 2. Room was totally damaged, washroom was literally dirty, wall paint was tearing off from each and every corner. 3. Key got stuck in lock and it got broken, for that they took 500 Rs. And said that "If you wont give 500 now then tomorrow you have to give 1000" 4. Reception person is very ...more

Very Bad experience , Hotel deny to check in my both booking your customer care not support we paid full amount and not get any refund , worst experience , don't book this hotel , General Manager {office assistant} Only misguided , and promote other poor property with high rate , location is in Banaras
