stay experience is the worst, fan got spark and got on fire. rooms are dirty. full of bed bugs. staffs are always looking for opportunities to grab money. full of lies. i had to fight a lot for basic things like blanket,pillow etc

the stay was comfortable. the staff were very helpful. has wifi connection. the washroom is a little small. but it was manageable. location wise it is fine (in front of cmc nursing college). the auto services are available just outside the hotel.

The staff members were super rude. 0 Hospitality you get even after staying in their expensive triple bed AC room. It is a shame that it is rated 2 star hotel in google search. On the first day the staff member refused to give us the room key and was super racist and called us "Bangladeshis" even after checking our Indian Aadhar Card. Everyone else knows nothing but screaming after the most little request. I will never want to have an experience of this kind.

Booked ac deluxe room but room was so dirty. Cockroach and spiders everywhere. No bedsheet change during 3 days stay. Mattress poor quality. Can't sleep well. Suffocated small rooms.

I booked ac deluxe room. Spiders, cockroaches are everywhere in room. No cleaning of room and toilets even after asking to manager about it. Room size is very small. No telephone in room so u have to go to reception every time whenever u need anything. Mattress of bed are very poor quality.
