the experience was horrible there was no cleaning blanket bad was not clean ac was not working no bathroom clean

firstly staff is very polite, helpful and gave a peaceful time
then room is nice, for 2 adults ambience is good
would recommend their hotel also at ground floor great food feasible price tastes like home ,
hotel staff is very dedicated...no delays very safe...even if females travelling alone

the hotel cleaning was not good. staff was very rude n arrogant. we booked two rooms in one room there was a loose connection of light n the staff was non cooperative. my parents were with me n they were senior citizens n the staff was non cooperative towards them.

Very good hotel. Location is also good as it is opposite to Railway station. Room is neat and clean but bathroom hand shower pipe was leaked which must be repaired. Staff is helpful and cooperative.
