The basement parking driving is little crazy and Bathroom showers and Doors needed to be fixed, Wifi strength in the room need attention.. Other wise Hotel and staff is good Breakfast setup and quality was good with enough options..

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception, especially the person handling the desk, was completely untrained and unprofessional. He didn’t know how to manage basic tasks, and the check-in/check-out process was full of confusion.
The worst part was during billing – there was no transparency at all. They quote one price at the time of booking and then give a different, lower amount on the bill, which raises serious concerns about their billing practices. It seems like ...more
