The location is not at all accessible from the main Madikeri, the roads are too dark and even their board is not lit at the night (other hotels have radium sign boards but not this one), the roads feels very very unsafe.The rooms were untidy, the bathroom was very unhygienic. Geyser was only of 10 L capacity, which would get empty only after 2 minutes and the lights went off too, so we had to bathe in cold water (in the month of July when it's actually pretty cold). The property is beautiful, location is perfect amidst of mountain and greenery, The property is Approx 4.5 Kms before Madekeri, hospitality is perfect, The caretakers take good care of each and everything. Rooms are cozy and comfortable with all basic amenities. Perfect Stay place.

Good stay , clean rooms, bedsheets could have been more tidy , no view as such from room , the road is bumpy from highway for around 200m

stay experience was good....it was calm and peaceful....also the dinner was tasty but breakfast option is very less ,could have been better ....dining room is also small....overall good
