AS I ENTERED TO HOTEL FOR CHECK IN AT 11:00 pm the person at reception refuse that they don't have my booking confirmation and ask me to wait. He talk to some one and than he ask me to go in next hotel as this hotel has no room. when I ask him to cancel my booking and get refunded than he gave me room.
Very Bad Experience !
