AVOID. Read this only if you want a detailed & unbiased review. Me and my wife had a horrible experience for the price we paid for the room. I came to Ooty on the occasion of my birthday to celebrate a good time here, however my expectations nosedived quickly on arrival. First of all, on my arrival there was no one at the property to help us with our luggage, second, the room that was allotted to us was room 104, which does have a balcony but it is not the one shown on the property pictures. The place seems overlooked, and not so mainstream, and that's what makes it beautiful. Very good location- near to city but not in the heart. A beautiful view from the balcony adds to the serenity of the place. The manager is very helpful and well-behaved. The food provided was good and homely. Overall, a very good place in a proper price. Much recommended.

No dustbinNo foodNo hot water even if we switched on the geyserHospitality is very badThe manager who manages the hotel will not even wait for extra 10 minutes for check out.The amount of Rs paid for a single day is not even worth a single penny. Don't go for it. U hv many options in ooty. I made a mistake hope no one do this same mistake again.

This hotel is situated around 3 to 4 km from city centre. So the plcae is calm and free from city vibes. View from the hotel terrace is great. Even though there is no near by hotel, you can order it from swiggy or zomato. Mr Satish is a friendly person and will be available during your stay. He can also help with the places to visit around.

Decent place for family stay. Nice view from balcony. Worth trying for short stay. Parking is not inside the campus.
