It’s a bad experience as warm water was not available until 8’o clock in morning.
-Blanket was wet & stingy odour.
-Staff behaviour was very rude & not supportive
-Bed sheets & blanket cover didn’t change ever on request
-Hotel was on very much height from Mall Road & it not mentioned on time booking(Goibibo site also)
-Never recommend to anyone as wastage of money

very much far from mall road and they provide very less breakfast. however reception staff was good person..all over average experience

Room was clean with good lake view. hot water is not available through out the day as geyser is not available in the bathroom. they provide solar hot water only from 8am till 10am and it gets exhausted in 10mins.this is not good in cold season..

everything was good there. behavior of staff was very good. and food quality was good as compare to other hotel
safety and displine shown by staff was very satisfying
