though it looks like a great place in the photos, but in reality, it is a very old, rundown building, with paints peeling off in the walls. doesn't deserve the stars or the reviews that have been given online for this place.
service was poor. the office is in the first floor, and i was asked to use the stairs (and not the lift) even though i was carrying my luggage, as it is just one floor.
extra charges of 200 per hour was collected for early check-in, but no receipt was given.

when i called for my reservation to property, to my surprise initially they denied bookings and later shifted me to their another property in varje,pune which was not a good area to stay in with family
