worst management, house keeping & food quality. ac did not work in the lobby, reception, room and restaurant. the staff was totally unprofessional. pool side bathrooms were dirty and taps were broken.

Worst experience at chokhi dhani poor cleaning even cutleryβs were not provided with food and even restaurant was closed at 9:45 pm and there was no facilities provide compared to the price and even room ac is not working properly and there was not much options in food menu. Food was not good as compared to prices and electricity was not stable at night every minute like there was a game like lights out lights in π

Just Ok. Services are slow and food is just average. Better dnt take breakfast or meal at this hotel.

Chokhi Dhani Palace Hotel in Jaisalmer is an excellent choice for a family stay.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant.
The food is very good.
The staff is cooperative and always ready to help.
Room service is excellent.

Cleanliness is a problem. Beautiful property but not being kept properly. If getting it reasonable priced then fine. You will regret of buying this for a premium amount.
